When I arrived at the hotel I had to pay a surcharge as the hotel classed him as an adult. Hotel.com should review their child age policy as this left a sour note at the beginning of our trip. "This was a last minute trip but one of the best experiences in a hotel ever. The location is awesome. The staff are really - really - helpful and caring. The accommodation is excellent and the food is great. This is how hotels used to be. Totally hands on management. Comfortable rooms. Amenities to enjoy. And a great location.
