"Personale eccezionale, pulizia ok, piscina da controllare solo se l' acqua è effettivamente calda e non tiepida, sauna, idromassaggio, bagno turco tutto bellissimo davvero. Pure la cena e la colazione tutto squisito: porzioni abbondanti e sopratutto per i bambini che magari mangiano di meno c'era cotoletta, patatine fritte, pasta di tutti colori e pure le crepes alla nutella. Veramente tutto spettacolare. Ottimo per famiglie che magari hanno anche animali."

"So the double rooms have three beds in them, and the triple rooms also have three beds in them… there is no difference between them besides the cost. The lad on reception has no clue about anything. On the first day we asked about rental shops for skis and they said they’re nothing in Saint Etienne, only to find one right by the ski lift! I extended our stay by 1 night and annoyingly had to change rooms after the first night. Our first room was alright, they were rationing the toilet paper...
