"Lovely hotel but air conditioning does not work so was like trying to sleep in a sauna. For some reason it only blows and does not cool, and is also very noisy. A real shame as otherwise would have been 5/5. "

"There was a change in hotel management during our stay. As the new managers were moving into their own accommodations, the main portion of the hotel was closed. "Nice hotel with beautiful views. The staff is very friendly and the room is comfortable. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, and you can hear the other hotel guests. Besides that, we had a great stay and enjoyed the spa. "

"They cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours in advance via an email we did not see because we were driving through the countryside. Their reason was that they were remodeling. They didnt know that were going to be remodeling sooner than one day in advance?? Give me a break!
