"The overall looks of the property is very nice and the dining area with the breakfast option was all very well put together. My only grip is one of the days of the week I was there. I was down with my one year-old baby girl, and I ordered a Caesar salad. Apparently I did not pay for it and I assumed it was going to be charged to the room. I waited 30 minutes with nothing and then when I asked about it, they asked if I would want to pay for it so I said of course, and then I waited another 30...

"The hotel staff very helpful and friendly when checking inand through my stay, the rooms are clean and welcoming. There was a great deal in the restaurant for a two course meal, and a good choice on the menu. Food was very good, and the staff service was very good in the restaurant too. The location for me was perfect as 20 mins from Dublin airport and 15 mins to the site I was visiting. "Beautiful peaceful old style hotel with a modern twist. Staff are efficient and extremely helpful. Have to mention receptionist Kate. What a beautiful young woman. she was pleasant, kind, nothing was too much fir her. She will make an excellent manager one day. All the staff were lovely. Also duty Manager Cormac who sorted out a few little issues we had without fuss. This was my second time staying at Killashee and return again"
