"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. Hotel heating broken room very hot first day, but no heating there after for the week however towel rail was warm in en-suite. Floors dirty and towels very shabby. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. "The hotel is located about 150 meters away from the ski resort and rental/ school, a very convenient location. They do provide a shuttle service as well, which makes our ski trip easy and comfortable. The owner and all other staff are friendly and helpful, and very clean, nice Layoutroom. We enjoyed staying there and Will definitely go back again. "

"It was nice to have breakfast and dinner included in the price. Access to the slopes was awesome, too. Ski locker for free. Our rooms were spacious and had plenty of beds. the pool was simple but fun, about 40 inches deep throughout. The building itself and fixtures in the room and throughout are rather aged and in need of update, but it was a good deal for the price. The dinner and breakfast were buffet style and great for feeding a family of six with kids, but foodies and gourmands may get...

"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"
