She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. The parking situation was also very weird. Not good!!!!!"
