"Positives: Personal zuvorkommend, rührig, freundlich, hilfsbereit ,Danke!!! NEGATIV: Das Haus ist nur oberflächlich im guten Zustand....Vermutlich veraltete Leitungen, die für überaschende Duscherlebnisse sorgt und es musste sehr lang das warme Wasser laufen, bis es als solches bezeichnet werden konnte. Die Technik sorgte bei schwülen Temperaturen leider nur für Umwälzung aber nicht für Abkühlung des Zimmers. Sehr denkwürdige Fahrstuhlgeräusche des einen, ließen immer hoffen mit dem anderen...

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly. Modern decor, nicesoft ambient lighting. Super nice and clean neighborhood, opposite Aldi, Scheck-in and DM stores and restaurants. Just a minute walk to tram that takes you to old town. Definitely recommend."

"Lovely quiet hotel, very convenient for the A5, with great amenities - properly pet friendly! Stayed one night whilst travelling south with my pet rabbit: the pet-friendly room we were given was ENORMOUS. Lovely and comfortable, and with plenty of storage space. Didn't try the spa because we were exhausted, but a morning trip to the fitness suite proved very productive (the available equipment was excellent). The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, and the food quality really was top...

"We only stopped long enough to break a long drive. Although we arrived just before 10pm the staff were attentive and helpful, the room was clean and air conditioned. The only minor issue was me nearly falling over the bulky tap/shower combo in the over bath shower. The room was quiet, and the curtains were good at blocking out the light so along with a nice bed we slept very well. The buffet breakfast was excellent the coffee was good and plentiful. A good choice."
