"Very clean and safe hotel. Spacious room. Excellent shower. Booked as a solo traveller and for some reason received a (small/narrow) single person duvet on a double bed. Made sleeping very uncomfortable and cold. Hotel a la carte restaurant was closed, only a buffet available.... Was very poor quality food and also not cheap. "

"The room we were given was horribly outdated - purple shag rug, beat up sectional sofa that seemed pretty dirty, dirty chairs, and a strange smell that caused us to keep the windows open even though it was quite chilly outside just to air it out a little. What they showed in the pics was not what we got. The apartment suite was very large if that is important to you. And the restaurant was excellent as was the service in the restaurant, though the breakfast was not much better than what you'd...

"The staff at Reception were super but there was a problem with the Health Centre staff. The infotmation about hours when the pool was available to hotel guests was wrong and we missed out on a swim on our first day as a result. We ate the evening buffet which was good and very good value. Its close to the forest - good for walkers and cyclists but otherwise you need a car."
