"This was our 04th stay and Double tree by HILTON Weerawila. Every time we go to Double tree , the team at Double tree Deliver a better service than last time . The improvements in the food was amazing .. The new chef has done super improvements . starting From the entrance gate to front office , restaurant and Bar , all give exceptional service .. "

"Overall my stay was great. The view and peacocks were beautiful. The food was also great. Only complaint I have is there was a mouse that entered our room. The hotel provided a mouse trap which did catch the mouse. Keep in mind that this room is outdoors so you may see insects and mosquitoes in your room. "

"Location is great in the city , for sight seeing. The pool is quite small but good for a refreshing dip. The rooms are a bit dated , could do with more attention to cleaning. No windows in the room ( unless you want to open blinds into communal hall. Food in the restaurant was great ! "

The room itself was dirty—stained bed sheets, no duvet - just a thin sheet, plugs falling off the walls with exposed wiring, clumps of dust and towels that were old and fraying at the edges. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The worst part? They gave us a room that was already occupied by another guest. Imagine walking into what you think is your room, only to find someone else already there. It was deeply embarrassing...

"The property must've looked stunning when built, but years of neglect show noticeably. Staff is very friendly but I think they're not very expert in running an accommodation as a business, so it was a lot of hit and miss. The owner must be obsessed with Versace, as everything has been marked with a fake Medusa logo, which more than classy looks tacky (but that's personal taste). "It is unique and super in every way. The staff are fantastic. Big thank you to Dominda who went out of his way to help. The trip to the waterfall and swim is a must do. Domindas English is great and as a local explains everything which provides an insight to this incredible place. We will come back and stay longer next time! 🙏"
