"A nice view of the KTX train station and mountain. Room had a microwave, washer, and styler (with a dryer function). Walking distance from the KTX train station. Bedroom, livingroom, balcony, and kitchen area all looked like a one bedroom apartment. Staff accoommodated requests with hospitality."

"The host and hostess were most hospitable. I enjoyed the time spent with Mr Kim in learning about the unique culture of Jeongju city. I did not realize I could manually control the heating. The temperature in the room was too warm. Otherwise, it was a most pleasant one night stay."

"Dirty not even simple housekeeping. Very dusty in the pantry. Worse waited more than an hour for staff to check in. No staff was around and unable to contact. Towels and room service not available. On the first day, I had to do my room service cleaning. Some food in the pantry expired long ago. "
