"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. "A wonderful hotel in typical Alpine style, nicely sized rooms, great service and attentiveness from the staff, and phenomenal breakfast with some of the typical products from Valtellina. The location is absolutely superb: near everything, Coop (grocery store), restaurants (try Cenacolo!) and shopping as well as Livigno’s church.
