"I already heard The Tsubaki Tower is the best in Guam and it really was. Everything was clean, neat and organized. Every staff members has amazing hospitality and friendliness. We were all so thankful to The Tsubaki Tower and we will definitely come back!"

"It’s a perfect place to stay with children. Staff are nice and helpful. The property is a bit old but clean and well maintained. There were many options for meals in the hotel or around at walking dictance. Also possible to walk to Kmart. "

"Super nice rooms and views of beach. I didn’t have a hair dryer in my room and I contacted staff and they came and brought me one within ten minutes of asking! I was very thankful "

"Hotel is on beautiful Gun Beach in Tumon Bay. Pool, slide, and beach are all fantastic. No hot tub. Snorkeling off Gun Beach is quite good, eels, Parrots and dozens of other species were seen. Great staff."

"What i did not like is house keeping....why is hoyse keeping sliw in cleaning rooms like 5pm or one time 7pm.it should be done in the morning while we are out not when we are resting already.our room was serviced once at 7 days stay bec.it was late in pm."

"My biggest issue was the shower. Turn it on and in 10-15 seconds the water would be about my ankle deep. It took almost the same amount of time in minutes to drain and liquid soap in dispenser."

"I have stayed at this hotel in the past, and the amenities were great. They said that because of covid-19, everything was closed. The restaurants, the spa, the pool, the bars, the gym, the concierge, even some of the entrances to the hotel were all closed. Other hotels seemed to be open and operational. I really wish that they had found a way to make it work. This hotel has a lot of potential, but with everything being closed, I found out hard to overlook the old and aging property. The...
