"When we arrived the woman checking us in (who appears to be the manager/a senior member of staff) did not seem interested in helping us or trying to communicate (as we don't speak Italian). "Despite a less then perfect weather the staff were able to make my stay a wonderful one Especially the reception team… always freindly and with a welcoming smile The restaurant and the breakfast were ok with good variety of food and drinks but not top notch quality ( eggs were cold , line up at the coffee machine , no variance throughout the whole week ) Otherwise the rooms and the sea view were amazing and the place is new and very clean Thank you "

"La struttura seppur basica è estremamente confortevole ed è munita di tutto. Il personale davvero molto molto gentile, disponibili e carinissimi. Le camere non grandissime ma spaziose. C'e anche un ristorante dove si cena e si pranza ed il cibo è davvero ottimo. "Entrance to the hotel is on top of some 20 steps. There is a step free entrance at the side, but you would need to ask receptionist to open that from inside. Considering many visitors would have heavy bags, it would be better if they made the disable entrance more welcoming, instead it is a dirty entrance from outside, to a basement via some dark storage and corridor before arriving at the lift. Not a welcoming entrance for disable guests or someone with big suitcase. The room was very basic....
