"Loved this hotel, so easy to get to the old town and other parts of the city either by foot or by tram. Only a 10minute walk to the train station and big shopping centre. The Italian restaurant on site was great. Breakfast was superb, huge selection of items. I’d stay here again. Lovely staff on reception that gave me a few plasters as my shoes had given me a blister! Can’t wait to come back on my next stay in Krakow"

"The hotel staff customer service was excellent. The room is spaceous. The only complaint is the shower getting shower can be dangerous with high difference when step out of the shower. There are no handle if someone is older or have mobility problem. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond. Good quality selection with individual order option. Great hotel. 5 star !!"

"Had such a lovely stay. We booked a deluxe room which was very nice, furnished well and had the finishing touches you would expect. The only small issue was the temperature of the room being too high despite the AC being on the lowest setting. as we were out exploring the city for most of the day it wasn’t too much of a problem therefore I didn’t flag it with the staff so haven’t knocked off any stars for that.
