Would have given a five star rating overall but: we were offered a room upgrade and accepted; assumed it was complementary. When we arrived home and reviewed the bill, we saw we had been charged an upgrade charge of $50 per night. Upgrade charge should have been mentioned. "

We stayed in the Mansion West Wing, and having an indoor pool and fitness area within our building meant not having to go outside in the chilly November air!
