"Great communication of how to access the property before we arrived. Very easy to check in and find our room. Nice large apartment, spotlessly clean with a very well equiped kitchen. And little touches like the carton of fresh milk in the fridge were a very welcome touch. The only negative we had was that renovations were taking place in the apartment above ours. And whilst we totally understand that renovations need to take place, workmen starting at 7.30am with heavy banging and drilling...

"It was really good, amazing quiet location, fantastic place. Good food. The walk to their pub (as in house restaurant was closed) was only tiny but not all the steps down to the road were lit properly. Only a tiny detail but could be improved. Their pub was very good and the manager very friendly and helpful. Also didn't realise breakfast wasn't included (probably my inattention when booking!). Staff were helpful and nice and good attitudes. Didn't seem very many staff and occasionally...

"A gorgeous old country house hotel centrally located in Jersey and a short drive from the airport. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The bar and restaurant are cosy and relaxing spaces, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here and when we return to Jersey, this is where we will stay again. "This was a beautiful property.We stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage very spacious, beautiful decor and had outside space in the form of small garden with table and chairs.The only small detail that the property could perhaps consider would be considering a raised toilet seat for disabled guests.The toilets were very low and difficult to get up from if any mobility issues or older guests.The toilet down stairs had lots of space for wheelchair users but the toilet was still very low.Other than this...
