"Great welcome Room had clearly been recently painted - but pictures etc not put back were on top of cupboard General furnishings dated and well used, which is a real shame . Struggled to get enough hot water for a bath in the evening Food was excellent and service even though young staff was good. Breakfast outstanding . "Really lovely hotel and spa! For the money I'd have preferred to not look out the window to the horrible looking roof though! The food was delicious breakfast staff were so lovely bed really comfy! We'll definitely recommend and come again 😃"

"Hotel is in a great location, the staff at check in were extremely helpful and the facilities are great for families. Lots to do to keep the little ones entertained including the pool, cinema and play areas. Kids were so excited to have their own drinks tray in the room and bathrobes for the pool. Only one grumble, the breakfast was a fixed price, so not great value if your kids are fussy. Will most certainly be looking to book another trip here with the family."
