"When we arrived, there was no obvious office. Every obvious door was locked, and nobody was around. After walking all around the place, a cleaning lady met us and went to get somebody to help us. The restaurant was closed. The bar was closed. The pool was closed. The beach was closed. It was basically a box with a bed in it. I would very much like a refund. We left the place and went and got a real motel."

"The air conditioner worked 2 of the 4 days were we there which the owner replaced. The wifi never worked. The owner was not able to have it fixed. There was a shortage in the water heater, which the owner had replaced also while we were there but you got an electrical shock when you touched the spicket in the showers and the sinks in the bathroom. The owners did what they could to fix them , but we kept on getting shocked. The owner did drop off fresh fish, which was very kind, but never took...

"This property is advertised as an upscale oceanfront venue. It is anything but that. The employees were lovely - whomever owns the resort has allowed it to fall into disarray with no hot water, toilets not flushing, sliding doors not opening, no waterfront activities as advertised (tricycles, bicycles, kayaks, etc...) not available. The beach is a block away and worth the short walk. Subpar is being generous in relation to the property itself."
