"Great staff, and enjoyed what seems to be the typical italian hotel breakfast. American Coffee was really good. Only issue proved to be the rather prominent pipe noises that resonated periodically through the night. Not sure how they can mitigate the issue, but ear plugs were a necessity for my wife. I am ex navy so I sleep through it all."

"We arrived at 10pm, the third bed wasn’t ready and we had to wait for 45mn for them to install it. Breakfast was terrible and the spa was closed. The hotel doesn’t worth the price, neither it’s stars. It’s more an hotel for business meetings."

"Es war ein ziemlich abenteuerlicher Weg und das Hotel selbst ist nicht unbedingt leicht zu finden, aber jede Schwierigkeit hat sich gelohnt, Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und der Blick traumhaft. Das Personal war ausgesprochen herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Darüberhinaus war das speziell für uns zubereitete Abendessen aus regionalen Produkten ein echter Genuss. Eine wunderbare Mischung aus Herzlichkeit und Schick.Wir planen, bald zurückzukommen. "

" Beautiful property in a quiet countryside location! The service was impeccable. We had dinner at the hotel 2 nights in a row and the cuisine was exquisite. The pool was very enjoyable after spending the day in Piacenza and surrounding towns. We will be back!"
