"Website unhelpful in relating spa services. Reception even worse. There was no doctor because we arrived on a Friday, and didn’t book it in advance. We were only staying the weekend. Women at reception all seemed perturbed that we were there. Not sure if they simply don’t like Americans or whether they are just burned out. "Staff are super helpful. Room was nice. Spa amenities okay. We rented bikes, a great experience. An interesting route to arrive, you feel like you are on a bike path as you approach. It's a nice town."

"The hotel and facilities are great. It’s a very calm area and perfect for a few days of relaxation. The only “negative” aspect is that we were charged 30€ per night for our dog and did not even get a dog bed or a water bowl for him inside the room. That was quite disappointing. "
