"The apartment was fairly clean, and well equipped, although there was no shower gel in the bathroom (the holder was empty), and the mattress seemed a bit overused. The breakfast was good, but the milk served with the coffee was 3 months past expiration, and the one within date had some weird dark spots floating in (seemed like mould). Great location, far enough away from the congestion of Subotica, but close enough to everything you need, dining, shopping, banking, etc. The lake is steps from the front door, with bike and boat rentals. "The guesthouse is a bit off the beaten trail but I found it to be quite enjoyable. The staff was helpful and the accommodations, although basic, are exactly what I needed. There are pools which I didn't use but they are attractive. Breakfast was especially good with eggs and bacon cooked to order. There were several other items at breakfast too.The town is small and the lone restaurant decided to not be open one of the nights I stayed. I didn't have a car which that caused a bit of a problem....
