"눈이 펑펑오는 날에 이용했었어요. 밖에 날씨 대비해서 호텔은 아늑하고 포근해서 편하게 이용했습니다. 새벽에 서산에 도착해서 체크인까지 많은 시간이 남았었는데, 짐도 보관해주시고 사우나 이용도 안내해주셔서 오전시간을 알차게 보낼 수 있었어요. 조식부페가 왜 유명한가 했더니 정말 잘 준비되어 있었어요. 음식맛도 구성도 뭐하나 부족하다고 느껴지지 않을만큼 좋았고 직원분들께서 정말 배려깊게 살펴주셔서 배불리 먹었습니다. 사우나는 꼭 가보시라고 말씀드리고 싶어요. 정말 좋습니다. 서비스도 맛사지도 최고였어요. 기회가 된다면 언제든 가고 싶은 곳이였어요. 객실 만족도도 최상입니다. 부족한 물품은 늘 챙겨주셨어서 편하게 쉬고 업무보고 왔습니다."

"It’s brand new. Nothing is to be charged to the room. Everything in the building is separate entities. One restaurant was never open. Breakfast was cheapest hotel buffet I’ve seen, quality was above average, but worth the price. Air conditioning was off so the room was 80 Fahrenheit but they did bring a fan and we opened the 12th floor window for cool air. Very nice facility but left something to be desired. "This hotel was amazing. Staff was great especially our housekeeper throughout the week. She was the sweetest. Hotel located near the train station was absolutely great. "

"Very good location next to park and restaurants. We did not use public transportation so can not judge. The team at the reception and breakfast was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Lots of parking available directly at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Suwon. "
