"Comfortable modern hotel, good breakfast. The temperature of the room was very warm and the thermostat in the room was disabled! The shuttle no longer waits in the bus station at T2 - now it only picks up guests in the main drop off zone. You must watch for the shuttle bus and request it to stop - the name of the hotel is on the bus, but it is difficult to see in the dark. "

"I was in the single room on the second floor. It's useful that even though the reception only works certain hours, you can self check in outside of these hours with provided codes. I arrived late at night. The balcony door had been left wide open and 8t was freezing in the room initially but with the local heating it warmed up afterwards. The shower door in this room does not close properly which means no matter what you do, the water escapes the shower cabin and in one case even went out of the...

"Please do not stay here when you arrive Sofia at night. You will not find it and if find it there is nó reception welcome you. Room is very basic. Toilette smelled bad and not have a really shower. Except private room, hostels may be much better and cheaper. Far away from center and not easy get to by public transportation. Communication is difficult. Please do not stay here if you are looking for cheap hotel. Overall is bad so it is expensive for everything ."
