"Only issues we hand was there was used towels in the draw, ac not working too warm in the room. Breakfast was finishing too early as we had a long journey before hand and got to the hotel at 9pm didn’t get up in time. And no option to have it in the room like in other Novotel. The fresh paint work and repairing of room were obvious. "

"Nice stay on our way back from South of France to Calais. Hotel attached to large upmarket shopping mall, with plenty of options for food (as well as very large carrefour). Hotel nice and modern, 2 double beds, although rooms a little warm. Bar nice with expensive drinks €8 for a beer. Breakfast was good with usual items present. All in all a good stay, with lots of amenities in the shopping centre. "

"The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. "This hotel was in a great location and very walkable to town. The rooms were up a lot of stairs but they helped us bring the luggage.they recommended a great restaurant and were nice at the desk.
