"Beautiful stay at the Radisson. Everywhere was clean and all of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. We went in February but the pools were well maintained and never any issues with getting a sunbed or having somewhere to enjoy a coffee in the sun. Wonderful and relaxing. Great stay and would definitely recommend. This was our first time but we will be back next year!"

"I loved everything about the whole complex. The food was excellent with a wide range of choices. The staff were all really friendly and extremely helpful. My room was perfect in every way and the complex itself was always spotlessly clean and the pools were at a lovely temperature. Also very handy for the local shops, bars and the beach which were all just a 2 minute walk away. Will definitely be booking to stay here again in the near future 😉😉"

Second stay here after having a club room with not a great view floor 0 and 1 I probably wouldn’t have an upgrade again I’d stick with a standard room, the benefits weren’t worth the extra money. AI drinks are good and generally branded and the pool area spotless. Breakfast very good but evening meal a bit hit and miss, not an issue for us as we like to explore. "We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. We had a few maintenance issues, all of which were resolved quickly with the longest taking 48 hours. Food included roast...

"A really beautiful setting, like a small oasis surrounded by palm trees. I would have liked to have been supplied with more information about special evenings in the bar/restaurant which all seemed to be fully booked well in advance. Excellent holiday stay, overall. "

"Hotel was good value for money - but no way is it a 4 star hotel - 3 maybe. Room was good - despite being close to the main restaurant/entertainment venue it had good sound proofing and was not disturbed. Wifi was OK - aircon was ok - but did not extend to bedroom - room safe worked - bathroom clean and OK Breakfast was pretty poor. Given that the hotel was half the price of others in the area then it was good value for money - as a place to sleep but nothing more"
