"I chose this hotel because one of the pools has gradual shallow steps - my elderly parent cannot climb up and down the usual vertical-style pool steps so this was a really important feature for us. It meant she was able to use the pool by walking in and out. The hotel was generally lovely. The rooms had lots of space, were always clean, and the balcony was really appreciated. The hotel is located along the cliff on the caldera and therefore provides the most stunning views possible. Our room was the most exclusive room located at the very bottom of the hotel which granted us total privacy (no neighbors), a large hot tub and the most stunning views imaginable.
