"This modern hotel has everything a traveller needs. Close to the CBD and entertainment with parking and public transport close by, the first floor bar with pool has happy hour specials on food and drinks. Breakfast is also served in this light and breezy area. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night midweek stay and hope to return soon."

"The room, car park and dining were all easily accessible and good. The bathroom was a bit irritating - shower curtain that flaps onto one when showering, basin too small. But there was hot water and good towels. The whole hotel was very quiet, we wondered why it was so empty? Unfortunately the pool was inaccessible, something about not having a permit to open it."

"I stayed in the Perth Essential room and it is tiny. There's not even floor space to put your suitcase and no shelving to put clothes away otherwise. This was pretty painful to manage and I have no idea how it would work with two people/suitcases. The positive however were the staff. Always friendly and very willing to assist when required. Location was an easy walk down to restaurants and despite lots of building work, the entire area felt safe at all hours. With the right expectations, this...
