"The check-in process was quick and easy. We had a spacious room, which I was pleased with. There was an issue with the A/C and when we contacted the front desk, someone came very quickly and addressed it. We also dined at one of the restaurants for dinner. The manager came by to introduce himself and advise us of the many offerings available at the buffet. It was a commendable selection and the quality was great"

"The stay was fine but the airport transfer driver was late. He arrived at the hotel at 10.50am. I saw him pull up but hotel staff told me to wait. The driver left to “drop someone somewhere” and was late returning for the 11am shuttle. I had a flight to catch at 12pm and check-in closed at 11.15am — and the driver arrived back at the hotel at 11.12am. It was pretty frustrating. "

"This place exceeded my expectations and was far beyond western standards. Communication with Selassie was professional and effective before I even landed and to check out. My stay was very good and had zero issues whatsoever. There’s an underground parking with security and enough parking for everyone. Staff were respectful and took pride in what they do.
