"It may be that they're still trying to gear up after covid. Room was good. Restaurant was not open for dinner. People were sent across the street to the BierGarten. Air conditioning did not work. No beverage service (coffee) in the rooms ... Schade...."

"This was a newer property with many environmentally friendly amenities - like woodwork through the room, a lack of tacky art and an overall ambience that was sharp yet minimalist. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were eager to please and helped make the start of our trip a perfect one. The downside was a lack of air conditioning. The room could get too hot. Thankfully we were not staying during the heat of summer or it would have been miserable. I wish it had A/C."

"We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast. One of our party is gluten free and they were accommodating with ease. The property was adorable, clean, up to date. The bus pass was an unexpected treat which was so easy to use. Staff was all friendly, helpful and professional. The only suggestion I would provide is that A/C might be something to consider as it was a bit warm for sleeping without opening windows and if windows were open bugs could come in. "The hotel is well equipped with a great swimming pool and spa facilities. The dining room are a little rigid. Each guest is allocated a specific table in the restaurant preventing guests from choosing which table to sit at. This did lead to a misunderstanding between us and the restaurant but I was very pleased to see that the Owner and Manager of the hotel took our concerns seriously and addressed them promptly. Stefania, the manager of the hotel, deserves special praise, she is a fantastic...
