"Hotel is excellent. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the ambiance is so fun. They need to work on their hospitality. Details were missing. Trash was left out on the floors for extended periods of time and empty shower soap was not refilled during my stay. The HVAC in my room was extremely loud, unpredictable, and turned off in the middle of the night. Parking around and at the hotel is incredibly expensive."

"I am happy that manager help me with transfer different room, first room we went in was broken AC, dirty tub and dirty towels and I shared it with manager and she transferred us to different room with neat tub and clean bedsheet and towels and ac worked and manager find way communication with us due were deaf family. "

"Loved the rooms and the property. Debbie at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The staff is very attentive. The only thing I did not like is that I had to request an iron to be brought to my room which I didn’t realize until I was getting ready to head out one of the days. They also don’t have an ATM on their property and it not easy to find one near by. Overall great hotel and great staff. "
