Trout and cream with horseradish was very pretty but had obviously been frozen and had that tasteless feel. The staff made a huge effort to ensure we had an enjoyable weekend- the road infront of the hotel was closed but they made arrangements so we could park on the property of one of their friends for the weekend- and picked me up after leaving the car!
