There was no hook on the bathroom door. This needed to be replaced. We had a room looking out onto the main road, but it was not noisy. "We upgraded to the Grasmere room for a bit extra cost. Fabulous uninterrupted views over the river to the cathedral.superbly comfortable bed. Conrollable heating and windows that open. Complete peace and privacy- Perfect staff throughout. A coutesy shuttle bus to town We recommend this hotel!"
