"Perfectly situated for west side of London - and price comparable with the area. Ample parking and only £22 a night to leave the car very safely in secure car park. Large spacious hotel and our suite was huge with a rain shower, comfortable bed and a full size bath. Helpful, lovely staff. Didn’t have the breakfast but bar type evening meal was acceptable, maybe a little limited in choice but tasty. "This hotel is in a beautiful part of Surrey, our stay was everything we hoped it would be. We were in 3019 which didn’t have a window view due to obscured glass which was a shame but as we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us. Our only other observation which we thought was odd was the mirror in the bathroom was much to high - I am 5ft 5in and could only see the top of my head. Apart from that our stay was pleasant ."

"We have stayed at this hotel before and love its position right by the Thames and Eton Bridge, with all that Windsor has to offer within easy walking distance. The staff are the most helpful we have ever encountered. The breakfast and evening meals were excellent. "Great hotel, convenient for Heathrow airport. We left the car here while visiting New York, safe car park and you pay for this service when you arrive. We opted to book a transfer for £14 rather than wait for the bus, again you book this service on arrival through a machine, all very easy."
