"Fabulous experience! Easy walking distance from two subway stops. Amazing breakfast buffet—one of the better I’ve seen. Friendly and professional staff. Big room with a bidet and spa tub. In a good neighborhood with shopping and dining all around. Definitely would stay again. "

Big location issue so contacted the hotel immediately but no answer ☎️ Contacted Hotels.com by chat and they couldn’t reach the hotel after multiple attempts. A final attempt got through but futile, as the hotel stated they cannot communicate in English. "Easy check in, very comfortable, lota of space in the bedroom with 3 beds! My room had beautiful views and the 7 elevan downstairs is a plus! This will definitely be my go to for when I stay in Busan! Absolutely loved it! Totally recommend!"

"The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."
