"The staff at the hotel were all excellent and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant, poolside and the cleaning crew. I would say the decor is a bit tired, there needs to be more staff on reception at check in time as there only ever seems to be one. I had to queue for 30 mins which after a long and delayed journey was not a great experience. Also there was a planned power outage one day of the stay, it appears there were signs up mentioning this however they were in French which I don’t...

"The staff were very welcoming and will assist with whatever you need. Marrakesh can be a little daunting. It is buried within the winding passages of Marrakesh although still easy to find once you have your bearings. A traditional Moroccan breaksfast included and was lovely. The Riad itself is very nice. It was by far not the most expensive Riad in Marrakesh. We had the suite but peeking into the other rooms they all seemed very nice and comfortable. Some parts may seem a little worn around...

Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...
