"What I would like to share with you, take a little more time on the details of the rooms, like for instance, change out the toilet seats and remove the old caulk from around the countertops and put new caulking around it. Then pay attention to the furniture that’s inside of each room, by addressing the cosmetic issues that’s on them, like chopped off paint and adjusting the doors on it so that it will not rub up against it to cause any damages. "We stayed at the Duval Hotel for our son’s Graduation. The location was perfect and with in a 15 min walk to the graduation hall, it’s better to walk than to UBER because of traffic. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean and upon check in you’re greeted with an array of fresh baked cookies that permeate the front desk. We were a little bit surprise to find a queen bed in our room, but in fairness it was comfortable, but for the price we expected a king. The only draw back was the bathroom, all though modern with sliding frosted glass panels for walls it provide little privacy even for a couple. Our room was probably better suited for a single traveler. Room 606. The hotel has an attached Shula steak house, which was convenient. That said, it was very expensive and nothing special, you get a better meal at the Texas road house, the service was excellent however. It just felt like the food quality was lacking for the price. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it. "
