"From Chen in to check out I had an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downfall was that it was a pretty steep walk to the Metro station. It’s kind of places in the middle of nowhere. It’s about a 10 mins walk from a shopping mall an that was awesome. Aside from that, this Hotel was clean, quiet and if you’re not as picky as me regarding the distance from the metro station lol then it’s a great place to be! "

"The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. "The overall stay experience was great. Food good at the breakfast. The receptionist was great from day one, always helping and providing a fantastic services. The only bad note of the say was the Aircon at room 317 because it was in bad shape and make a terrible noise. The security locker do not have battery therefore didn't work. "

"I booked 7 nights for a holiday with my daughter and my son, staff were so polite, cleaning service was perfect, the environment of hotel was amazing. Breakfast everyday on time. Everything about this hotel was really good and can't complain. The only downside was distance, we spent lots of money on taxis everyday to go to different places as the public transport wasn't an option. "The staff don't speak or understand Catalan, the main language in the area. They charge extra 25€ fee to clean the room when you come with a pet (little or middle size. Big size dogs are not allowed), but the room, initially, was extremely dirty. The floor was full of dust and hair from other guests (nobody cleaned that room the past two months.
