"We were there only one night on our way to a cruise and it was very rainly. The staff (i believe he was Ricardo)was incredibly helpful in helping us get to our ship the next day when our ship had changed ports. I would definitely go back to experience the city of Chioggia and stay at this pretty hotel when it was not raining buckets! "

"Quality. One of the best hotels I've ever been to. Very modern, very clean, very well-equipped. Great swimming pool. Good gym (for a hotel gym). The young staff on the reception desk are excellent, very helpful. Great breakfast. The hotel has it's own (very smart) beach club 10 minutes walk up the road, including a bar, snacks and gelato. "We arrived at the hotel early in the afternoon and were immediately offered a choice of available rooms. All the staff were friendly and could not do enough to accommodate us. Andrea speaks French and German whilst Lumi also speaks English so language was not a barrier. The food was delightful and we were happy to allow Lumi free reign to prepare local dishes. "Premesso che il periodo non è facile.. nulla da dire sulla camera, corrispondeva alle aspettative. Sul servizio ristorante e sulla disponibilità del personale qualche lacuna. La cena sembrava quella ti servono in ospedale. È raro che io faccia recensioni di questo tipo ma viviamo un momento difficile anche noi in giro per lavoro, c’è meno lavoro per tutti. "Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn es ein Anliegen unsererseits gab, wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass die Toilette ziemlich hoch war und es ein bisschen schwierig war die Balance zu halten (Rollstuhlfahrerin). Ansonsten war alles top!!"
