"Hotel new, rooms are spaciuos, but the rooms have not air conditioning, air ventilation in the bathroom exists but not working, the floor and the coil do not heat, the smell of sewage comes from the bathroom, bad room service,non-fresh yesterday’s food is served for breakfast it’s a cardboard box for German retirees - strongly do not recommend."

"It was our family stay. We loved everything as it was great. The room, attractions for children and the fantastic location of the hotel. There was also a beautiful sunset on the beach near the hotel. The food was very tasty and there was a big variety. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Amazing family room with 2 separate bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen (no cooking facilities, just a sink, a fridge and some plates/cups/glasses) and a huge balcony/terrace with table and chairs. Many wardrobes (one in each bedroom and then 3 more for good measure), big TV sets in the living room and the big bedroom, a nice bathroom with a large shower and an extra WC room. "We stayed 6 nights and had 2 rooms. Access to the property and signage is poor, it took some time to locate the property and the lobby. Parking stalls are narrow, several could not be used due to imperfect parking. Hotel location is good, very close to the sea and next to a park, but quite far from city centre. Rooms were clean and quiet. Our receptionist was rude. Breakfast buffet is not well organized, gets very crowded and loud around 9 AM. Hot items for breakfast were always just barely...

"Liked the location Good selection and good quality breakfast buffet Did not like the lack of English speaking staff Would not recommend if you do not speak Polish or German Free WIFI was not available - nobody could explain why! Complementary toiletries consisted of 1 x 20ml shower gel, 1 x 20ml shampoo plus 1 x small soap per person - if you are staying more than 1 night you must take your own as these are not replenished. On enquiring we were told to buy toiletries ourselves."

"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip. The parking situation was also very weird. Not good!!!!!"
