"Difficult check in and out. Wanted pool towels and had to go back to check in and put deposit which is understandable but once again had to go to main desk and wait. They could have told us when we checked in. Also, had to call for them to lower temperature in room. They did but it was still hot."

"The Grand Hotel is a gem of a find in an adorable town. It is THE place to stay in Boska Voda. Right on the promenade and directly across from the beach. Tons of dining and entertainment options right out the door. The oceanfront view was amazing. The dining was really nice and the entire hotel was chic, updated and well done while retaining the old world charm that is hard to find anymore."

This hotel gives 10% of their own restaurant that is a 1-2 min walk away that has delicious food! The lady was very kind only problem was when we tried to pay with card it wasn’t working with her card scanner at first I thought it was possibly my card since it was from America but I tried it at a restaurant and a couple...

"What a gem. This was a beautiful hotel with modern updates, and top end comforts. Beautiful views of the ocean. The staff and breakfast were delightful. The town is a must see. It was very walkable, with lovely shops and restaurants, and a nearby beach "
