"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. "הגענו בסביבות השעה 15:00, המלון היה סגור, על הדלת היה פתק: להתקשר לטלפון מקומי במקרה שאין אף אחד. התקשרנו, נאמר לנו לעלות למסעדה - שם מחכה לנו מפתח. עליתי - נאמר לי לחכות - מסתבר להגברת קיבלה טלפון וירדה למטה לחפש אותנו. בסופו של דבר קבלנו חדר. פתח מיזוג בחדר (ללא שליטה מהחדר) טרטר כל הזמן - חשבנו שזה בגלל הרכבל ויפסק כאשר הרכבל יפסיק לעבוד (17:00). אחרי 6 יצאני לטייל (סביבת המלון מאוד מיוחדת ושקיעה אחרי 9) - דלתות יציאה ראשיות לא נפתחו, מצאנו איזו דלת צדדית פתוחה עם גישה החוצה מאוד לא נוחה...
