"1- there was no blanket in the room and there was no instruction on the room to call the reception. Air condition control was not working. Property is well built but is maintained very poorly. There were very few guests in the hotel and breakfast was auful. This is only a one star hotel."

"The housekeeping ladies were friendly and welcoming! There were not much amenities provided. Location is far from attraction. There were plenty of parking area for free. The room was small but the beds were comfortable and we had a good night sleep."

"I loved the layout of the room, parking is plentiful. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly, and there were restaurants nearby. The morning breakfast had variety but could use more fresh fruit, berries, nuts. We also had a hard time finding the road for the hotel and if you miss the exit in the freeway it takes 28 min to get back! But that could’ve just been us. Overall I would recommend!"

"The hotel is unique because of its access to the monumental thermal pool, and the room was a good size and comfortable. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. "This hotel was wonderful. Our room and bathroom were a bit small, but we opened onto a balcony with a lovely view so we didn’t feel at all claustrophobic. The bed was extremely comfortable. Best of all was dinner in the main restaurant. Clearly a five star meal at a very reasonable price. Parking right in front of the hotel was a definite plus. "
