"A Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the main sights and near lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is stylish and elegant with comfortable rooms, a nice bar area and a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is nice, and the hotel also offers complimentary snacks around lunchtime (which I didn’t manage to try). The hotel is right behind the National Museum, and provides a complimentary ticket to the museum, which is a nice little extra - and it’s well worth using, as the Museum is excellent. What made my stay special was the hotel’s staff - they were all friendly, helpful and I felt that they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay in the hotel and the city. I loved the city and loved the hotel! "

"The hotel is a small boutique hotel in the heart of the shopping district. Lots of shops and dining near by with in walking distance. Bonus was the very friendly staff who try their best that you have an excellent stay."

"Spacious and comfortable room with a view, comfortable bed, complimentary mineral water, good breakfast, very friendly reception and restaurant staff, daily cleaning, restaurant and bar in hotel; was here for work and conference spaces were also appropriate. WiFi was stable but completely open (always more secure to have it password-protected); would’ve liked a kettle in the room for tea but it wasn’t a big problem"

"Outstanding location for our first stop on our first trip to the Balkans. Helpful front desk staff. Comfortable room and bed, and sooo quiet inside. "
