"We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. We got a parking place for car at the yard of the hotel. We didn't use spa services as we had just a limited time at Borjomi but there were plenty of free times for their small spa. "This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful."

"STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."

"The property is on the main road near the play attractions in Bakuriani. However, during our stay power was interrupted several times in the night due to a fire accident nearby and there was no backup power supply in the hotel. As a result of which the room heating was sub-optimal and we had to spend a sleepless night (outside temperature was around -6 degrees to -3 degrees celsius). Breakfast was very nominal and had very few choices considering the hefty price I paid for a Superior/Deluxe...
