"We chose to stay at Sandia for access to the pool, hot tub and spa. The spa was closed on Monday and had very little availability on the weekend. I wanted to give my children a spa treatment as a Christmas present and nothing was available so we had to go to another spa for services. And the outdoor hot tub was under repair? We were told? "Hard to find. The hotel was selected by my client. Navigation took me right to the street the hotel was on. But it just looked like a dark street with no prominent signage or anything else to indicate the hotel was there. There was an illuminated valet parking area, which I figured might be valet parking for the hotel based on context. I drove around the block to see if there was another entrance (perhaps navigation had taken me to a side entrance?), but there wasn't one. I thought maybe you...

"Great location in the North Valley, convenient to Paseo del Norte, Alameda, and Rio Grande Blvd to get anywhere you need to get to in town. Convenient to the Balloon Fiesta Park, and shopping. Grocery and drug stores are nearby for food and other essentials. Check in and communication with the manager was easy and no hassle. Property had everything we needed for our 5 night stay, visiting family for the holidays. We had family members come over to the house to 'hang out' several times....
