"Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet setting and good service. Sadly our stay was marred by a dripping air conditioning unit all night although this was reported to hotel staff in the early evening. Staff were to be fair were very apologetic. Dinner was good but not spectacular. Disappointed as really looked forward to our stay here."

" First of all, if you are driving, this is not located in the town on San Vero Mills, but in the town of Putzu Idu. It can be confusing as SVM is a town and an area. "We had a lovely 2 days here. The only problem we had was that my husband wanted a dish other than the set meal and they insisting on charging the full restaurant price for the meal and would not give any reduction for the half board option we had already paid. They also tried to charge a cover charge on top of the half board we had already paid. The restaurant was understaffed but the waiter was friendly and did a sterling job."
