"Our stay at the Holiday Inn was very enjoyable. The only thing we noticed was that you could still hear the traffic noise from our room on the 14th floor. We will definitely stay there again but will ask for a room a bit higher up. Highly recommend this place 👍"

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Room overlooked Flagstaff Gardens which was lovely. Convenient for city shopping and Queen Victoria Market. Corridors smelt a bit damp but rooms were comfortable except for worn bath towel which had holes in. Breakfast was adequate but some hot items were cool when we went for breakfast at 8.30. Dinner in restaurant was great and very tasty. Drinks voucher came in handy and house wine more than nice."

I did ask to have it fixed however they claimed the whole system was broken which on speaking to other guests whose rooms were cold, I had to question. Obviously, not a weekend fix."
