"Although the hotel is advertised as having AC in the rooms, which is something not so common on European hotels, and the room did indeed have AC, it was not as cool as it should have been and was informed by the attendant on the Lobby to just open the small window slot to help with cooling the room. We requested a fan, and it was quickly provided, but it was a small little fan that although it helped with some of the cooling of the room, it did not have a meaningful impact. "I booked 2 rooms, mine was very clean and comfortable. My friends room had not been cleaned, there was condoms in the bin, no bottle of water as it had been used and no staff to contact to change room!!!"
