The mattress had stains on it. The hot tub that was advertised was covered in dirt, pine needles and bird poop. The decor is overwhelming and straight from the 60s and not in a charming way. "This was the First time in the Big Bear area. The cabin is well equipped and comfortable. Our host Jennifer was very helpful during our stay. We would definitely go back for another stay. This is a great place for a family vacation. "
