Man fühlt sich wahrlich herzlich willkommen und das in sehr angenehmer Atmosphäre und herrlicher Natur. Wer Idylle und Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Das Essen im Hotel war auch gut, wenn auch die Auswahl an warmen Speisen etwas zu wenig war und ich mir auch etwas traditionellere Gerichte gewünscht hätte. "Great outdoor pool (should be open until 10pm) and spa area. (indoor pool, hot-tub, different saunas, steam rooms etc.) Property needs some renovations for the rooms (very outdated and worn out) AND an Air Conditioner! "Refused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
